Two Injured in Gun Barrel City Two-Vehicle Crash on West Main Street

Gun Barrel City, Texas (June 24, 2023) – Two people were injured Thursday night in a two-vehicle crash in Gun Barrel City, according to the authorities.

The crash happened on June 22, in the 1100 block of West Main Street.

Authorities said the crash involved a pickup truck and a small passenger car.

The driver of the passenger car had to be extricated. 

The driver was airlifted to a Tyler hospital, and the other driver was taken to a local hospital in Gun Barrel City.

The crash remains under investigation.
