2 Injured in Drag Racing Crash on Railhead Lane in NW Houston

Driver, Passenger Injured in NW Houston Drag Racing Crash on Railhead Lane

Houston, Texas (November 13, 2020) – A driver and a passenger were injured early Friday morning in a drag racing crash in the Greater Inwood area of northwest Houston, according to police.

The crash happened shortly after 3:00 a.m. in the 7600 block of Railhead Lane.

Police said vehicles, including a black Ford Mustang, were drag racing while two semi-trucks were parked.

The Mustang then crashed into the semi-trucks.

Two men were trapped in the Mustang and had to be extricated. They were taken to hospital in unknown conditions.

The police are investigating the crash.
