Two Airlifted after Honey Grove Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 82 at FM 100

Honey Grove, Texas (February 3, 2020) – Two people were injured in a head-on collision Saturday night in Honey Grove, officials said.

The crash occurred on Saturday, February 1, on U.S. Highway 82 at the bridge with FM 100.

Police said a pickup truck and a car collided head-on, for unknown reasons, at the bridge.

People were trapped in both vehicles.

The driver of the car and a 22-year-old passenger in the pickup were airlifted to a Plano hospital with unknown injuries.

The driver of the pickup was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
