2 Injured in Rear-End Crash on N. Mesa Street in El Paso

Two Injured in El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash on N. Mesa Street 

El Paso, Texas (July 19, 2021) – Two people were injured early Sunday morning in a rear-end collision involving a police vehicle in west El Paso, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 2:00 a.m., July 18, in the 3800 block of N. Mesa Street.

Authorities said a car rear-ended a police vehicle on the street. The car then overturned after the collision.

The officer in the police unit was uninjured in the crash.

The two people in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital. One of them had life-threatening injuries.

No further details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
