Two Injured in Killeen Two-Vehicle Crash at Clear Creek and Bunny Trail

Killeen, Texas (August 6, 2021) – According to the police, two people were injured Thursday evening in a two-vehicle crash in Killeen.

The crash happened around 4:58 p.m., August 5, at the intersection of Clear Creek and Bunny Trail.

Police said a silver Lincoln was attempting to turn southbound onto Clear Creek from Bunny Trail when it failed to yield the right of way and was struck by a red Ford Mustang that was traveling northbound on Clear Creek.

One person was trapped in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated.

The Lincoln driver was airlifted to Baylor Scott and White in Temple in critical condition.

The Mustang driver was taken to Carl R. Darnall Medical Hospital in stable condition.

Further details regarding the crash were not immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
