Two Killed and Two Injured in The Woods Two-Vehicle Crash at Eagle Ford Drive and Belt Line Road

The Woods, Texas (December 16, 2021) – Two people were killed, and two others were injured Tuesday night in a two-vehicle crash in The Woods, southwest Dallas, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 9:00 p.m., December 14, at the intersection of Eagle Ford Drive and Belt Line Road.

Police said a Nissan SUV was attempting to turn left at Eagle Ford when it failed to yield at a stop sign and was hit by a Lincoln sedan that was traveling northbound on Belt Line.

The driver and a passenger in the Nissan were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not been released.

A juvenile passenger in the Nissan and the Lincoln driver were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

No other details were available.

The crash remains under investigation.
