Two Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Bulverde Road

San Antonio, Texas (January 9, 2022) – Two people were killed Saturday evening in a fiery two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s North Side, according to the deputies.

The fatal crash occurred around 3:50 p.m., January 8, in the 23200 block of Bulverde Road.

Deputies said two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes.

Both vehicles burst into flames, trapping two people inside.

Both people were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not been released.

Bulverde Road was closed for several hours.

Traffic was diverted at the intersection of TPC Parkway and Bulverde Road.

The crash remains under investigation.
