2 Women Hit and Injured by Vehicle at Clark Avenue and Goliad Road in San Antonio

2 Women Hospitalized after San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at Clark Avenue and Goliad Road

San Antonio, Texas (April 22, 2019) – A vehicle struck and sent two women to a hospital with major injuries on Sunday night in San Antonio, according to police.
The collision took place at Clark Avenue and Goliad Road on San Antonio’s South Side just after 11 p.m. Sunday, April 21.
According to a preliminary investigation, two women were trying to cross the dark intersection when a vehicle traveling on Clark Avenue hit them.
The two victims were taken to the hospital with major injuries. One woman sustained internal bleeding injuries while the other one suffered head trauma.
The driver who struck the victims remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Police are working to find out the cause of the collision.
