Three Injured in San Antonio Crash at Callaghan and Fredericksburg
San Antonio, Texas (April 21, 2019) – Three people were injured Saturday afternoon in a traffic accident at a San Antonio intersection, police said.
The crash happened at about 4:00 p.m., April 20, at the intersection of Callaghan and Fredericksburg.
Police said an argument between two people in a car resulted in a collision. A passenger attempted to get out in the middle of the street and was hit by another car. The impact pinned her underneath, and she was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Two other people in the car were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The westbound lanes of Fredericksburg Road were closed following the crash. The eastbound lanes were reduced to one lane.
The police are investigating the crash.
