Three Injured in Austin Five-Vehicle Crash on South MoPac Expressway

Austin, Texas (November 23, 2023) – Three people were injured on Wednesday in a five-vehicle crash in Austin, according to the authorities.

The crash happened on November 22, in the 2300 block of South MoPac Expressway, just north of the Loop 360 and MoPac Expressway interchange, near Barton Square Mall.

Authorities said five vehicles were involved in the crash.

An adult was trapped in one of the vehicles.

Two adults were taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Another adult was taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
