31-Year-Old Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Mitchell Street in Arlington

31-Year-Old Man Killed in Arlington Motorcycle Crash on Mitchell Street

Arlington, Texas – The 31-year-old man who was injured earlier this month in a motorcycle crash in Arlington has died, according to the police.

The crash happened around 10:43 p.m., February 1, in the 100 block of E. Mitchell Street.

Police said the man was riding his motorcycle along the street at a high rate of speed when he crossed the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic and crashed into a westbound 2006 Toyota Camry.

The man was ejected from his motorcycle and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition where he died about a week later. His name has not been released.

The driver and passengers of the Camry were uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
