42-Year-Old Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Washington at I-27 in Amarillo

42-Year-Old Man Killed in Amarillo Motorcycle Crash on Washington at Interstate 27

Amarillo, Texas (October 31, 2022) – According to the police, a 42-year-old man was killed Sunday afternoon in a motorcycle crash in Amarillo.

The fatal crash happened around 4:19 p.m., October 30, at the intersection of Washington and Interstate 27.

Police said a motorcycle was traveling southbound on Washington when it collided with a car that was traveling eastbound on the frontage road of I-27.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.

The occupants of the car sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
