Six Dead, Two Airlifted after Loving County Crash at County Road 300 and Highway 652

Loving County, Texas (May 30, 2022) – Six people were killed and two others were injured in a car crash Monday morning at an intersection in Loving County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The fatal crash happened at about 8:00 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 300 and Highway 652.

DSP said two vehicles collided at the intersection. Details on what led up to the accident at this time are unknown.

Six people died in the crash and two others were airlifted to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The names of the deceased victims and the injured parties have not been disclosed.

Authorities temporarily blocked the intersection for several hours as they investigated the scene.

No further details about the collision were immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
