80-Year-Old Woman Injured in East El Paso Pedestrian Accident on Tom Weiskopf Drive and Lee Trevino Drive near J.M. Hanks High School

El Paso, Texas (August 15, 2023) – An 80-year-old woman in a wheelchair was hit by an SUV Monday morning in East El Paso, according to a local news source.

The accident happened around 10:00 a.m., August 14, on Tom Weiskopf Drive and Lee Trevino Drive, near J.M. Hanks High School.

According to the report, the woman was struck by an SUV. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
