One Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on North Freeway near Dyna Drive

Houston, Texas (March 26, 2021) – According to authorities, a pedestrian was fatally hit by a METRO bus Thursday night in Houston.

The deadly accident happened around 11:00 p.m., March 25, in the 10600 block of North Freeway near Dyna Drive and Aldine Bender.

Officials said the pedestrian was in the middle of the freeway when they were struck by the bus.

The victim was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released.

No further details regarding the crash were available.

The Houston police and METRO police are investigating the crash.
