Anthony Bolin Killed in Lorena Three-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Lorena, Texas (August 23, 2022) – Two people were killed early Monday morning in a three-vehicle crash in Lorena, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 3:45 a.m., August 22, on Interstate 35 between exits 324 and 325.

Authorities said the crash involved two 18-wheelers and a pickup truck.

The pickup truck caught fire after the collision.

Two people in the pickup truck were killed in the crash. One of them has been identified as Anthony Dwaine Bolin, 23, of Waco.

Two people in one of the 18-wheelers were taken to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest with non-life-threatening injuries. One of the 18-wheeler drivers was uninjured in the crash.

No other details were available.

The crash remains under investigation.
