Three Injured in Amarillo Car Crash at Western Street and Hastings Avenue
Amarillo, Texas (March 14, 2019) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at an Amarillo intersection, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred on Wednesday, March 13, at the intersection of Western Street and Hastings Avenue.
Police said an 18-year-old was speeding on Western Street when they crashed into a car driven by a 74-year-old that was pulling out of Hastings Avenue.
The 18-year-old, their 16-year-old passenger, and the 74-year-old sustained injuries in the crash but were in stable condition.
Traffic was redirected at the intersection following the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
