At Least One Killed in Austin Crash on Interstate 35 near Wells Branch Parkway

Austin, Texas (July 29, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a traffic collision early Friday morning in Austin, according to a local news source.

The deadly wreck occurred at about 5:00 a.m. on Interstate 35 near Wells Branch Parkway.

As per the report, a semi-truck and a car were involved in the crash.

At least one person died in the crash.

Interstate 35 was blocked at FM 1825  due to the crash.

No other details were available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
