Bicyclist Fatally Hit by Vehicle on Post Oak Lane in San Antonio

One Killed in San Antonio Bicycle Accident on Post Oak Lane near Northeast Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (March 18, 2022) – One person was killed on Thursday in a bicycle accident in San Antonio, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 7:00 p.m., on March 17, on Post Oak Lane near Northeast Loop 410, at the entrance of the Salado Greenway.

Police said the bicyclist was crossing the road when they were struck by a vehicle.

The victim was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released. They were not wearing safety equipment or reflectors at the time of the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
