50-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Bicycle Accident on MLK Boulevard at Doulton Drive

Houston, Texas (December 28, 2019) – A 50-year-old man was killed in a bicycle accident Friday night in Houston’s south side, police said.

The deadly accident happened on Friday, December 27, on MLK Boulevard at Doulton Drive.

Police said the man was riding a bicycle when he was hit by an SUV at the intersection.

The man was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.

The SUV driver was detained at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
