Child Injured in Houston Hit-and-Run Bicycle Accident on Yellowstone Boulevard
Houston, Texas (January 7, 2019) – A bicyclist was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle Sunday in Houston, authorities said.
The crash occurred in the 4200 block of Yellowstone Boulevard Sunday, January 6.
According to the authorities, the child was riding his bike when he was struck by a passing vehicle on Yellowstone Boulevard. The driver then fled the scene without rendering aid to the injured bicyclist.
Paramedics responded to the scene and immediately transported the child to a hospital with unspecified injuries. His name and condition at this time remained unknown.
No additional information was immediately released.
