Cesar Rodriguez Killed in El Paso Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 10 at Transmountain

El Paso, Texas (February 11, 2023) – A pedestrian was killed Friday night in a hit-and-run accident in El Paso, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened on February 10, on Interstate 10 at Transmountain.

Authorities said 42-year-old Cesar Rodriguez was crossing the interstate from the northbound to the southbound side when he was struck by a vehicle.

The driver fled the scene after the accident.

Rodriguez was killed in the crash.
