8-Year-Old Boy Dies, 4 Injured in Montgomery County Crash on Interstate 45 near Calvary Road Off-Ramp

Montgomery County, Texas (July 28, 2019) – A child was killed and four other people were injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash near  Conroe, authorities said.

The deadly accident took place on Interstate 45 near Conroe Saturday, July 27.

An 8-year-old boy died in the crash. A 2-year-old child was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition.

Three other people were also injured. Their names have not yet been disclosed.

Details were regarding what led to the collision were not immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
