Christine Holland Killed in NW Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Walnut Hill

Dallas, Texas (September 7, 2020) – A woman was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Northwest Dallas, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 3:15 a.m., September 6, in the 3600 block of Walnut Hill Lane.

Police said 37-year-old Christine Holland was walking on the sidewalk when a westbound car failed to drive in a single lane of traffic, drove onto the sidewalk, and hit her.

Holland was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. 

The involved driver fled the scene after the accident.

No further details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
