One Injured in Dalhart Explosion on Highway 87

Dalhart, Texas (November 10, 2021) – One person was injured Tuesday morning in an explosion in Dalhart, according to officials.

The explosion happened around 10:53 a.m., November 9, in the 1100 block of Highway 87.

Officials said an explosion occurred for unknown reasons on the highway.

A man was taken to the hospital with burns.

No further details regarding the explosion were available.

The officials are investigating the crash.
