Cindy Moreno, Avery and Aiden Moreno Killed in Agua Dulce 3-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 44

Agua Dulce, Texas (February 2, 2023) – Three people were killed early Wednesday morning in a three-vehicle crash between Alice and Agua Dulce, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened just after 7:00 a.m., February 1, on Texas State Highway 44.

DPS said three vehicles were involved in the crash.

A mother and her two children, who were Agua Dulce Independent School District students, were killed in the crash. They have been identified as Cindy Moreno and her two children, Avery and Aiden Moreno.

No other details were provided.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
