Colt Bourland Hit, Killed by Vehicle on I-20 in Fort Worth

Colt Bourland Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 20

Fort Worth, Texas – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle Sunday morning in Fort Worth, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:35 a.m., February 25, on Interstate 20.

Police said Colt Bourland, of Weatherford, was in a minor crash with a semi-truck at the intersection of I-20 and FM 1187. Bourland pulled onto the side of the road, exchanged information with the truck driver, and called for a tow truck. While he was outside his vehicle he was hit by a passing vehicle.

Bourland was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The police are investigating the crash.
