According to the news source, Crystal Morgan and Jessica Padilla were traveling to Katy when a driver slammed into the rear of their car. The impact sent their car into the path of oncoming vehicles but it did not collide with any.
Both Morgan and Padilla were injured in the crash.
The driver who rear-ended the car, fled the scene after the incident.
