Driver Injured in Car Crash on I-35 in Waco

One Hospitalized After Waco Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

Waco, Texas (August 31, 2020) – A driver was injured early Monday morning after crashing into a stalled vehicle in Waco, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 4:45 a.m., on Interstate 35 northbound near mile marker 330.

According to the report, a Chevrolet Trailblazer had a vehicle malfunction causing the driver to lose control. The Chevrolet overturned on the inside lane facing southbound.

The unoccupied Chevrolet was then hit by an approaching Toyota Yaris.

The Toyota driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
