Ella Arn ID’d as Woman Killed in Reeves County Car Crash on Interstate Highway 20

Reeves County, (November 18, 2022) – The woman who was killed in a car crash Thursday evening in Reeves County has been identified.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Ella Mae Arn died in the crash that happened on Interstate Highway 20 on Thursday, November 17.

A 2022 international truck hauling a trailer was heading westbound on Interstate Highway 20 when it rear-ended a Toyota that was traveling westbound on Interstate Highway 20 in the right lane with no rear lights at posted speed limit of 80 mph.

The impact caused the Toyota to overturn into the westbound barrow ditch.

Arn was pronounced dead at the scene.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
