Five People Hospitalized after San Antonio Fiery Car Crash near Walzem and Elm Trail

San Antonio, Texas (March 2, 2020) – Five people were injured Saturday night after a police chase ended in a fiery crash in San Antonio, according to the deputies.

The chase started at about 10:00 p.m. on February 29, in Universal City.

According to the authorities, a white sedan led Universal City police officers on a high-speed chase of up to 100 miles per hour before it crashed into another vehicle near the intersection of Walzem and Elm Trail. The impact caused the vehicles to catch fire.

Five people, including the driver and one innocent bystander, were taken to the hospital for treatment. The bystander was listed in critical condition.

The authorities are investigating the crash.

We hope the injured victims recover quickly.

“When a person has suffered a grave personal injury in an accident due to someone else’s negligence, the most overwhelming emotion they feel is a sense of injustice. They often ask how such a life-altering event could have happened to them,” attorney Joel A. Gordon said. “The next question usually is, who can help me?” Mr. Gordon added.

A legal advocate can represent an injury victim. The attorney will file a claim on behalf of the victim and will have the responsibility of citing existing codes, laws or statues which were violated.
