Geraldine P. Zuehlke Killed in Parker County Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 3325 near White Settlement Road

Parker County, Texas (May 22, 2021) – One person was killed, and two others were injured in a head-on collision Wednesday morning in Parker County, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 7:00 a.m., May 19, on Farm-to-Market Road 3325, just south of White Settlement Road.

DPS said a 2010 white Ford Escape was traveling southbound on the highway when it crossed the centerline into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into a 2007 Ford Econoline van.

The Escape driver, Geraldine P. Zuehlke, 75, of Willow Park, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The van driver, Rigoberto Jimenez Monciavaiz, 39, of Arlington, was taken to John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth with unknown injuries.

A passenger in the van was also taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Three other passengers in the van were uninjured in the crash.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
