Harley David Garcia Killed in San Carlos Motorcycle Crash on State Highway 107 at 83rd Street

San Carlos, Texas (October 21, 2022) – One person was killed Thursday afternoon in a motorcycle crash in San Carlos, Hidalgo County, according to the Texas DPS.

The deadly accident happened around 5:25 p.m., October 20, on State Highway 107 at 83rd Street.

DPS said Harley David Garcia, 29, of Bastrop, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on the highway when he collided with a Chevrolet Silverado that was making a left turn onto State Highway 107 from 83rd Street.

Harley was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and the passenger of the Chevrolet were not taken to the hospital.

The troopers are investigating the crash.
