The incident took place at about 9:41 p.m. Saturday, June 29, in the 400 block of NW 28th Street.
Police said a man stepped off the median and was hit by a vehicle.
The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The involved driver stayed at the scene.
