25-Year-Old Joe Cephus Thompson Jr., Killed in Fort Worth Two-Vehicle Crash at Vaughn Boulevard and Ada Avenue

Fort Worth, Texas (May 3, 2020) – The person who was killed Friday night in a two-vehicle crash in Fort Worth has been identified as Joe Cephus Thompson Jr., 25, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

The fatal crash happened around 10:00 p.m. May 1, at the intersection of Vaughn Boulevard and Ada Avenue.

Police said two vehicles collided, for unknown reasons, at the intersection.

Thompson Jr. was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

No further details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
