Two Injured in College Station Two-Vehicle Crash on Southwest Parkway

College Station, Texas (September 10, 2019) – Two people were injured in a fiery traffic collision early Tuesday morning in College Station, a local news source reported.

The crash happened on Southwest Parkway.

Police said a car failed to yield the right of way and collided with another vehicle.

One of the vehicles caught fire after the collision.

Both drivers sustained minor injuries in the crash.

One of the drivers was cited for failure to yield right of way.

Westbound traffic on Southwest Pkwy towards Texas Avenue was reduced to one lane while eastbound traffic towards Highway 6 was diverted.

The crash remains under investigation.
