Joeby Byrd Killed in Waco Motorcycle Crash on Reuter at 21st

Waco, Texas (February 28, 2023) – A man was killed Saturday night in a motorcycle crash in Waco, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 9:30 p.m., February 25, at the intersection of 21st and Reuter.

Police said Joeby Byrd, 29, was riding his Can-Am Spyder at a high rate of speed eastbound on Reuter when he rear-ended a car that was traveling through the intersection.

The impact threw the Spyder and Byrd underneath a third car, and he was run over by the car.

Byrd was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The police are investigating the crash.
