John Delgado Killed in Austin Two-Vehicle Crash on Nuckols Crossing
Austin, Texas (November 16, 2021) – A teenager was killed, and two other people were injured on November 7 in a head-on collision in southeast Austin, according to the police.
The fatal crash happened around 7:00 a.m., in the 5500 block of Nuckols Crossing, near East Stassney Lane and South Pleasant Valley Road.
Police said John Delgado, 14, was driving a gray Audi northbound in the southbound lane when he crashed head-on into a green Chevy.
Delgado was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger in the Audi was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Chevy was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
