Man Hit by Train on North Comal Street in San Antonio

Man Injured in San Antonio Train-Pedestrian Accident on North Comal Street

San Antonio, Texas (March 14, 2023) – A man in his 30s was injured Sunday night after being struck by a train in San Antonio, according to the police.

The accident happened around 10:30 p.m., March 12, in the 200 block of North Comal Street, not far from West Commerce Street.

Police said the man was walking alongside the railroad tracks when he was clipped by an oncoming train.

The man was taken to University Hospital and is expected to recover.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
