Man Seriously Injured in SE Austin Pedestrian Accident on East Ben White Boulevard

Austin, Texas (July 18, 2020) – A man was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident early Saturday morning in southeast Austin, according to officials.

The deadly accident was reported at about 1:10 a.m. in the 2200 block of East Ben White Boulevard.

Officials said the man was struck by a vehicle, for unknown reasons, on the roadway.

The man was taken to South Austin Medical Center with serious non-life-threatening injuries. He was unconscious.

No further details were provided.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
