One Injured in Lubbock Ambulance Crash at Milwaukee Avenue and Marsha Sharp Freeway

Lubbock, Texas (June 11, 2019) – A person was injured Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash involving an ambulance at a Lubbock intersection, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 4:15 p.m. on June 10, in the area of Milwaukee Avenue and Marsha Sharp Freeway.

Officials said the crash involved an ambulance and a pickup truck.

There were five people in the ambulance, including two Lubbock Fire Rescue personnel, two EMS personnel, and a patient. One of the Lubbock Fire Rescue personnel was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

No one else was injured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
