1 Injured in Denton 18-Wheeler Crash on Interstate 35

Denton, Texas (November 19, 2019) – One person was injured Tuesday morning in an 18-wheeler crash near Denton, according to the police.

The crash occurred just after 4:00 a.m. on Interstate 35.

Police said two 18-wheelers collided on the freeway, causing one of them to catch fire.

One of the drivers sustained minor injuries.

All northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 35 at Farm-to-Market Road 1173 were closed following the crash.

An investigation is underway.
