One Killed in Dallas Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 45 at Lamar Street

Dallas, Texas (February 11, 2021) – One person was killed Wednesday night in a multi-vehicle crash in Dallas, according to police.

The fatal crash happened on February 10, on Interstate 45 at Lamar Street.

Police said a male driver was involved in a crash and he got out of the vehicle to check on the damage. He was then hit by several other vehicles. The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

Several other vehicles were also involved in the collision. At least 18 vehicles involving a Dallas police cruiser were involved in the collision.

One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Other details regarding the crash were not available.

The crash remains under investigation.
