1 Killed in Northeast Houston Pedestrian Accident on Maxey near Church Road

Houston, Texas (July 28, 2019) – A man was fatally hit by three cars Saturday night in northeast Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just after 10:00 p.m. July 27, on Maxey near Church Road in front of a fire station.

Police said they aren’t sure what the man was doing when he was hit by the vehicles.

Firefighters witnessed the accident and transported the man to the hospital but he was declared dead.

One of the drivers stopped after the accident. It’s unclear if the other drivers stopped.

An investigation is ongoing.
