Man Killed in Austin Pedestrian Accident on I-35 near Parmer Lane

Austin, Texas (April 15, 2021) – A man was fatally hit by several vehicles early Wednesday morning in north Austin, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 4:00 a.m., April 14, on Interstate 35 near Parmer Lane.

Police said the man was in the middle of the roadway when he was struck by multiple vehicles.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The crash closed southbound Interstate 35 for about four hours. It has since been reopened.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
