Man Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Forest Edge Drive in Arlington

35-Year-Old Man Killed in Arlington Pedestrian Accident on Forest Edge Drive

Arlington, Texas (January 28, 2021) – A 35-year-old man was fatally hit by a vehicle Wednesday evening in Arlington, according to police.

The deadly accident occurred around 6:30 p.m., January 27, in the 1200 block of Forest Edge Drive.

Police said the man was walking southbound along the traffic lanes and was wearing dark clothing when he was struck by a southbound Ford Ranger.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The Ford driver remained at the scene and called 911. He told officers that he didn’t see the man until it was too late.

The police are investigating the crash.
