Man Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Highway 90 near Cupples Road

San Antonio, Texas (April 29, 2023) – A man was injured Wednesday night in a pedestrian accident in San Antonio, according to the police.

The accident happened around 9:15 p.m., April 12, on the access road of Highway 90 westbound, just past Cupples Road.

Police said officers were actively searching for the man when they spotted him walking on the access road. When the man noticed the officers, he ran onto the highway ramp and was struck by a vehicle. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The driver of the vehicle stopped to render aid.

The police are investigating the crash.
