Man Dies in Dallas Pedestrian Crash on Dennis Road

Dallas, Texas (June 2, 2019) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Friday night in Northwest Dallas, according to the police.

The collision occurred at about 9:20 p.m. June 1, in the 11100 block of Dennis Road.

Police said the man was walking in the roadway when a white Chevy Tahoe hit him from behind. The involved driver took off after the crash.

The victim was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His identity was not immediately released.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
