Man Killed in Dallas Crash on Interstate 30 and Dolphin Road

Dallas, Texas (June 13, 2022) – A man was killed in a three-vehicle collision early Monday morning on an interstate in East Dallas, according to authorities.

The deadly crash took place on Interstate 30 and Dolphin Road.

Authorities said a box truck was traveling in the area when it struck a car stalled in the left lane. Another car and a pickup truck became involved in the crash.

The driver of the stalled car died as a result of the crash. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

Both drivers of the pickup and the box truck fled the scene, but the driver of the second car and a bystander stopped at the scene to render aid to the victim.

Authorities temporarily blocked the interstate for several hours during the investigation.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
