Man Killed in Pasadena Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 225 at Beltway 8

Pasadena, Texas (July 24, 2021) – A man was killed Thursday morning in a fiery two-vehicle crash in Pasadena, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened on July 22, on Highway 225 at Beltway 8.

Authorities said a car was stalled in a center lane on the westbound side of the freeway and had its hazard lights on when it was rear-ended by a Jeep that came over the hill.

Both vehicles caught fire after the collision.

The driver of the stalled car was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The Jeep driver was treated and released at the scene.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
